Step 1 of 3

Start your bill review

Tell us who you are, pay $50 inc GST, then upload your bill on the next screen.

Your report is emailed here.

Payment is handled by Stripe on their secure page. You upload your bill straight after.

How it works

Four steps, and only one of them is yours to do twice.

Step 1

Tell us about your place

Name, contact details and your supply address. Takes about a minute.

Step 2

Pay $50 inc GST

Secure card payment through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay work too.

Step 3

Upload your bill

A PDF or a photo of your latest electricity bill — front and back if the usage breakdown runs over.

Step 4

We email your report

A licensed electrician reads your bill and writes up what they find.

What you get

A written report, in plain English.

Not a dashboard, not a comparison-site referral. A licensed electrician reads your actual bill and writes down what they found and what they would do about it. If the answer is "you are on a fine plan and there is nothing to change", that is what the report will say.

  • What you are actually paying per kilowatt hour, and how that compares to what is available
  • Your daily supply charge, and whether it is doing you any favours
  • Whether your tariff type suits how your household actually uses power
  • Peak, shoulder and off-peak splits, and what shifting load would be worth
  • Solar feed-in credit, if you have solar, and whether the rate still stacks up
  • Concessions or rebates on the bill that look like they are missing
  • A plain-English list of what to do next, in order of what it is worth

Common questions

Before you pay.

How is this different from the $695 home energy audit?

The bill review is desk work on the bill you already have — no one visits your home, and it tells you about your tariff and charges. The home energy audit puts monitoring on your switchboard for seven days and tells you which circuits and appliances are actually consuming the power. The bill review is the cheap way to find out whether you are on the wrong plan. The audit is how you find the hidden load.

Do you need my account login or smart meter data?

No. Just the bill. We do not ask for retailer logins, and we do not connect to your meter.

Is my bill stored on your website?

No. Your bill is passed straight through to our secure customer record system in Australia and is never stored on this website.

Do I have to be in Sydney?

No. The bill review is remote, so we can do it anywhere in Australia. The on-site home energy audit is Sydney only.

A bill review tells you what you are paying. An audit tells you what is using it.

If your bill turns out to be reasonable and the usage is still high, the next question is which circuits are drawing the power. That is what our seven-day home energy audit measures, on-site, in Sydney.
